I have never had this issue with any other facility, however, the USPS has zero customer service options to find or track your package short of showing up and demanding that they find it.
- DSDwayne SmithAug 11, 20181.0The most unprofessional and incompetent Post Office I’ve ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. There is no care at all for the way packages are handled or delivered and the post master does nothing about it. I have had everything from multiple packages forced into my mailbox because the driver was too lazy to get out of the vehicle and properly deliver them to packages left in the rain despite having a covered carport just a few feet from my door. Sadly, these are just two examples of their “service”. If you value your packages and live in the area, do yourself a favor and pay extra or request to have them shipped by a carrier who is actually competent at their job.
