- JGJill GrecoAug 4, 20211.0I haven't been receiving my packages. The carrier scans them as "no access to mailbox or front door". There is NOTHING blocking her access. She leaves no notices. I've reached out 6 times already to get answers/solve the problem & nobody EVER calls me back or can tell me what they've done with the missing packages. George "does not call people back" is what we were told. I've remained patient & kind but nobody will help me. Guess it doesn't matter to them because it's not THEIR mail/purchases that's missing. Very disappointing & frustrating.

I sat near my front door in my living room with my husband all day waiting for my package. I checked the tracking page hourly for any progress reports, but NOTHING! Finally a new message appeared on the USPS tracking page which stated "we attempted to deliver your item @ 6:18pm on November 12 and a notice was left because no secure delivery location was available. You may arrange redelivery by using the "schedule a redelivery" feature on this page or by calling 800 ASK USPS, or you may pick up your item at your post office listed on the notice slip left at your location. TWO BIG ISSUES, there is no SLIP left on my door nor inside my mailbox and this is a Saturday evening, so I figure that the delivery person is either a LAZY INDIVIDUAL or A HUGE LIAR!!! I WILL visit my local post office on Monday morning to ream someone a new one and demand a delivery charge refund. I paid for delivery to my door and USPS didn't deliver! Furthermore, we haven't received mail in 3 days and when we do get mail, our neighbors mail is in our box. USPS delivery persons make better than $22. Per hour, so one should have a little faith in the system! I have lost all faith in USPS. DO NOT USE USPS!!!
