- KHKali HarperNov 29, 20221.0Got a message saying my package was on hold and to call the post office. I took me calling 30 times to finally get an answer. They told me a dog was in the yard. Wasn't mine. The lady stated the package was on the truck and would be delivered that day. It's been 24 hours now, I have called all day, no one will answer the phone, there has been zero updates on my package so I can only assume it's lost in a truck or inside the facility. Would be nice if someone could actually answer the phone for once.
