- SSSarinaJun 11, 20241.0I have had constant issues with this location over the past year. Mail not being delivered because they claim the "trash can is in the way", packages being left at the road or in the rain rather than brought to the accessible house if they don't fit in the mailbox, per policy, or just flat out never delivered. We even installed a box at the fence for all mail/package services to use, if items can't fit in the mailbox, and they can't even be bothered to lift the lid to place anything inside. Then when you call to inquire about missing packages that say delivered but are nowhere in site, they are rude or never get back with you. Pictures are just a few examples of the incompetence that seems to be running rampant at this location.
- BLBrandi LeeDec 22, 20211.0In the past month ive had 2 orders disappear from amazon also have one stating it cant be delivered due to weather the only weather is its a little cool they will not bring anything to my door and a present for Christmas for my 12 year old is running late i dont even know if it will be here for Christmas i have never had these types of problems with mail and ive lived in a tiny town without a post office before i dont understand how this can happen without someone coming to clean up this branch
