Although I have had terrible experience with UPS as a company: late deliveries, damage, missing packages, I have always ALWAYS had a wonderful experience with this store. Specifically Taj and Cordell. I would say that they are so helpful they've almost become friends. Top notch...
Now, when attempting to speak with customer service at UPS its an awful experience. Just for a laugh, I am not on a transfer loop speaking to my 11th representative who has "Transferred" me to the "right" department: Special shout out to the following representatives: Horitz, Fidoo, Elwindow, Uday, Kmo, Gaura, Kimmy, Monica, Gnu, Kant, Hchew (spelling)?

On March 4th I dropped off two packages to the UPS Store on Canal Blvd in New Orleans. The packages contained iPhones to trade in to AT&T. I assumed that the receipt given had both packages and moved on.
This weekend I received an email reminding me to send one of these items…. This prompted me to check
Tracking and the item showed not picked up. I then looked for my receipt and noticed that only one of the phones was on the receipt.
Went in this morning to speak with a manager (who was also the owner). I asked him nicely to pull up camera footage that I was certain would show me dropping off the two packages. He immediately got nasty and defensive. I walked out to avoid the obnoxious manner that he was speaking to me in front of the customers that had walked in after me. I then called and tried to explain that I was not attacking him personally but that my package had been misplaced or stolen by one of his employees and that the cameras would definitely show me dropping off two boxes. I had the exact time and date from the receipt so this would have been easy for him to see for himself. He continued to yell and be ugly so I disconnected. This guy is a mean and nasty person. He needs to be reported to ups since he is not a good representation of ANY business by acting in such a disgusting and unprofessional way.
I am now out the $800 to AT&T for trade in PLUS the $900 that I need to pay back to Verizon for the one being traded.
Something that I know could have been avoided. All this owner had to do was take the time to look at his footage to see that I was telling the truth and then followed the footage for later in the day to see how it was handled. Or, at the very least followed the action of the employee that did not scan it when it came in. I’ve been stolen from and there are no consequences for this shady practice.
It would be an easier pill to swallow if the owner had not been so mean.
There is a mail & more that is less than 2 minutes away. Use them for your UPS needs!
