- TOtao odie2 days ago1.0I do not recommend doing any business here at all. I travel extensively and have never been charged $20 to receive mail at a hotel. Because Hilton uses this FedEx as their mail room, FedEx charged me $20 to get two pieces of mail. I needed to have a picture printed (on picture paper, which they said they had). First they gave me the wrong address to email the picture to. Then they told me that it would be on plain paper and not on photo paper. By this time, it was getting late and I had to grab an Uber to go into town to an Office Depot to get the picture printed. It was for a presentation the next morning and they really let me down. So to recap, the service was bad. But the three people I talked to there made up for it with crappy attitudes, so at least they’ve got that going for them.
