- CBCocoa BerryDec 16, 20251.0I go in five minutes ago, and the lady is talking to a guy through the window with everything locked up. I asked if they were closed and she said yes. I said I thought yall closed at 4:30? She replied as nastily as she could, “I thought we did too until I worked by myself and ain’t had no lunch”. And then I inquired about change of mail and her responses were snappy, condescending and rude and she was more anxious to get back to flirting with the gentleman she was speaking with rather than being helpful. It’s now 4:09 and I have to come back up here tomorrow or head to another post office to get things done. Beyond unprofessional and RUDE!

My sister never received her eye drops for surgery. She received notification that they arrived but, never received them . She regularly gets someone else's mail but, rarely her own. This is for zip code 70122 in New Orleans.

I've had several instances where it has taken me 2+ weeks before receiving my mail because USPS leaves packages on the truck without even trying to deliver, then either loses or steals them when in transit back to the office. USPS and this particular office are jokes.
