- TATate Allen4 days ago2.0I was just about to pay the processing fee for a passport application, when the card-reader prompted me to leave a review of my experience. Before I could do anything, the lady who helped me during the appointment reached over the counter and pressed the smiley face to indicate that I was satisfied. I was pretty upset, as this was the same person who spent 30 minutes sitting in her car, keeping me and everyone behind me in line waiting, despite all of us being on time for our respective appointments. To her credit, the actual appointment was quick and smooth, but everything else was awful.
