This is very frustraing as we have not had issues this bad in the past, and now I'm dealing with clients requesting Ebay refunds for products that MAY eventually get to them as I cannot get the package back once they do decide to come pick them up.

I went in there, place was nearly empty except for myself and one other person. The person at the desk acted like I was wasting her time or keeping them from some important task. Not sure if it was my skin color or her not liking the way I looked, but I'm over here trying to be polite while the person at the desk is talking to me like I'm bothering her from some great task other than looking pissed off and playing on her phone (they sure don't bother keeping the building clean) and I was just there to do a quick address update. Another time I was charged nearly $10 to ship a letter that I just put in a slightly larger envelope to keep it from getting mixed in with junk mail. I legit walked out of there and regretted not going to the FedEx and will bet even money the post office lost it due to pure incompetence or it was junked out of pure spite since the desk worker told me off for giving her a low rating on the touch screen when the transaction was done.
