I have called about packages, sat outside for hours waiting for the postal person who will put things in a cluster box and not leave you a key to open the cluster box and get your packages. They said they called me and left a message, THEY DID NOT CALL ME, THERE WAS NO MESSAGE. don't pay for two day shipping, because they will not get it to you in two days, but they will update the system as if they did so when you call they just tell you well it says they delivered it. THIS IS HORRIBLE. I feel like they are purposely doing this to harass me, I called in and it was suggested I get a box with UPS! WHY?!
