I can't understand how a mail delivery person is not intelligent enough to place all properly addressed letters inside the correct mail box, in which are all labeled. My mail has been misplaced on several previous occasions. Needless to say that this is unacceptable! Thus, I shall file a formal complaint at the USPS office, located on Lake Forest Blvd., New Orleans East in the near future.
- STSonya ThomasApr 4, 20221.0If I could give no stars for the type of service from the Lakeforrest Office to the carriers, I got an alert that my package was delivered to my front porch on3/25 at 5:04, 1st off my Ring door camera didn't alert me like it did the exact same day as FedEx and UPS came, then I go on this past Friday for them to tell the same package that was never delivered was delivered on 3/28 to my mailbox which couldn't have been more of a lie because my mailbox can only receive letters and especially not a 5lb clothing package, then for them to call and tell me my package was delivered on 2 different days and then the lady was being very rude and wanted to know why I was getting loud and as I tried to explain to her ma'am how can 1 package be delivered to my front door on one day and then delivered to my mailbox 3 days later and I still don't have my package and then she said the carrier said she remembered it being a package which seemed like it may have been some tools and in order for me to prove anything I meet to bring my camera footage
- ETEric TheardMay 17, 20201.0Again 8/5/2023 driver refuses to deliver to my apartment out of pure laziness. How can you deny a deliver because you can't fit a package in the mailbox. THAT'S WHY YOU HAVE FEET. They replaced my normal mailman with some new woman and it has been the worst experience of mail ever. I LOVE IT WHEN THEY HOLD MY FOOD ITEMS OVER THE WEEKEND BECAUSE THEY DON'T FEEL LIKE WALKING UP STAIRS. Won't make a attempt at delivering to my apartment complex on Sundays even though they have a access key and can get through the gates any other day of the week, delaying my orders.
