    Please do not schedule a Passport appointment here for your passport on Tuesday. The website will let you do so, but the person is not there on Tuesday.

    An absolute jok. Made an appointment for my passport, got the day off work just to show up and the woman behind the desk tell me that he "doesn't work on Tuesdays". The website clearly says Monday-Saturday and I was able to make an appointment. No phone call, no email, no snail mail even to inform me of this. No care in the world. Then I called the operator as well to see if I can confirm when he will be in because obviously the government website is wrong and I don't want to take another day off work for this to happen again and the operator states: "we don't know when he is going to be in". What kind of business, let alone a GOVERNMENT agency thinks this is okay?!

    DO NOT LET THEM DELIVER Y’ALL PACKAGES !!! THIS THE SECOND PACKAGE I ORDERED THAT SAY DELIVERED AND NO PACKAGE IN MY MAILBOX !!!! So unprofessional LITERALLY I CAN’T BELIEVE THIS!!!! My package I recently ordered has my kids pictures and stuff and now I’m not sure where it’s at. I HATE THIS PLACE AND THE MAIL PEOPLE WITH A PASSION !!!!! THEY NEED NEW MANAGEMENT AND NEW WORKERS !!!!!
