The website clearly says Monday-Saturday and I was able to make an appointment. No phone call, no email, no snail mail even to inform me of this. No care in the world. Then I called the operator as well to see if I can confirm when he will be in because obviously the government website is wrong and I don't want to take another day off work for this to happen again and the operator states: "we don't know when he is going to be in". What kind of business, let alone a GOVERNMENT agency thinks this is okay?!

My package was delayed 4 days for storms 11 states away, and complete different region of the US then my package was shipped from. Delayed 3 more days due to New Orleans being the absolute trash of a city that it is....... then delayed for a 3rd time due to a shortage of delivery trucks. USPS is a joke in every aspect it can and could be as far as running a business goes!!!
