They close the lobby whenever they want to. Very frustrating. You drive 10 minutes to get there and they’ve closed so you end up going to the one on Moss Street or the one on Loyola Ave. So much waste of time.

Visiting NOLA for the first time (from Canada!) so we were a bit lost shipping with USPS. Karen helped us through the process and she was very friendly. Thanks Karen!

They close for hours every day for "lunch" even though the official hours say they are open. They always say it's a one time thing but this is the third time I've wasted my lunch break coming here only for the same woman to shut the door in my face. Shameful.

I had a last minute situation and I was nervous how to mail an item off. Luckily this post office was close by. Karen had a long line of people by herself but she ensured that each customer received the highest level of respect and attention. I am definitely coming back and getting more services because of her level of professionalism and care. Thank you Karen.
