Scam site. They list as a UPS Store but call themselves “non-traditional,” meaning they tried to charge you five dollars to drop off something but Amazon says carries no shipping charge and no surcharge at the UPS store. Beware the shop! Not only is it hard to find and challenging to reach because you have to park in downtown, but their attempt to charge absurd drop off fees is nothing short of a scam.

I just left this location after waiting 20 minutes watching 2 employees chat while the doors were locked during business hours. No one ever acknowledged me to let me that they’d assist me soob or anything. They disappeared out of my view while I continued to wait and now no one is answering the phone. Even the hotel staff were confused at how long I had been left standing in the hall and tried the door handle to see if they had unlocked it.

SCAM. This location charges shipping and handling fees, even with a UPS shipping label. They were listed as an authorized shipper per my UPS receipt. It is located inside the Roosevelt hotel with no signage. I had to pay for parking and had to ask multiple employees how to get to the UPS inside and on top of that when I got there, they said they needed to charge me extra shipping and handling fees because they are located inside a hotel even though I had a prepaid UPS label.

Had to do an amazon drop off. Stupidly, i chose this location. It is hidden in a hotel, no signs. If you want to have hidden fees and maybe be scammed... go up from the lobby, hit m and turn to the right. Its supposed to be free shipping and I'm not even sure if the charges is going to be reimbursed by amazon since they had to do two transactions. One to do the free return and another to charge me 5 dollars for the free return. Save yourself confusion and shadiness and go elsewhere
