They upsell you to get your package delivered on time and then have no accountability or customer service when they can't deliver on their promises. Multiple visits and was provided different information, while taking no responsibility, just money. Manager / Owner is very dismissive to complaints and offers no assistance.

Manager was in too big of a hurry to deal with me at the time...totally understandable since it was Christmas week. But my daughter's bday card/gifts are missing and I truly believe they are still in the store...cant get anyone to answer phone again...
