    I had an e-bike shipped here for a one-time delivery, and my first experience was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, and if that had been my only interaction I would have happily given 5 stars. When I returned a couple weeks later to pick up a missing part from the shipment, my experience was very different. An older woman (possibly one of the owners) was immediately condescending and dismissive. She questioned me as if I was mistaken about having a package, even though I had already called ahead and had an email confirmation from them. She then says “what makes you think we have it here?” After I showed the email, another employee eventually brought out my package and helped me. At that point, I was charged a $1 storage fee. While the amount wasn’t a big deal, it felt scammy since I wasn’t charged the first time and their email states fees only apply after three days (I picked it up the next day). The nickel-and-diming, paired with the disrespectful attitude, really soured the experience. It’s unfortunate, because the other employees were all kind and professional. I’d consider returning if not for the rude treatment I received from the owner. Maybe she was just having a bad day but I won’t be back to find out, I’d rather deal with the post office.

    Never had so much trouble paying for a service. Unless uou have a card that allows you a 20,000 dollar credit limit don't use this company because you can not pay them with any thing but a card they won't pull directly from your bank to get their payment. Nothing but hassles and headaches. And the transfers and hour long holds on phone from department to department. Never again
