- PHPat HeddenNov 14, 20255.0Needed a shipping tube to protect a piece of art I bought. I phoned ahead and spoke with Nancy. She was polite and informed me of the cost. When I showed up to purchase it, she cut the tube to size, at my request, and handled the art with care, making sure it wouldn’t get damaged. Many thanks to Nancy, for the art survived in my luggage. Great customer service.

He went above and beyond to help me by staying 30 minutes later than 7 PM to help me with printing out documents and mailing them so that I could timely file a pleading with a court. If it wasn’t for him being willing to be so kind and patient in staying 30 minutes later to help me print and mail these documents, I would’ve missed my court deadline. I voluntarily promised to write a good review about how he helped me, and I was expecting to receive a text message that asked me to write a review about my experience, but I never received it, so I’m going out of my way to post this positive review about this employee now. I appreciate his help so much.

- GGGabeJul 8, 20221.0Bought an important medical device from Amazon. Asked the front desk if I could get it shipped to the Sheraton and they said yes. A few days later when I went to pick it up, I was told that I would have to be charged a $10 "handling fee". I don't care what anyone says, that is an absolute robbery. I paid the fee because I would likely die or be injured without what I bought, but it really ruined my day.
