    Terrible experience. The lady there was extremely rude. If you are doing job where you need to deal with people, you need to be more respectful. I was shipping a single one page document, still she wrote 1lb as the weight and charged 132 dollars. Later I call my husband and he said he shipped documents internationally way less price before from FedX. The experience was very shaddy. The lady on the counter made mistakes multiple times in my shipping address, although I had showed her typed address from my phone. And she was unwilling to change the address and was angry about changing it upon my request. I don’t know what she expected, shipping my document to wrong address because she is continously making mistakes and unwilling to change it? This is the most ridiculous behaviour I have ever got from any postal or courier service. After shipping when I called my husband and he said me I have been overcharged, I went back again and withdrew my shipment. Never going back to this branch again.

    I had a document that needed to be shipped and I had no clue what to do, soon as I walked in I was graced with nice music and a greeting from Ms. Cameran (sorry if I wrote name wrong) all I said was I needed to ship this off and she did everything, with a smile and politeness and great customer service skills! Definitely will be coming back whenever I need any fedex service.

    I really like this place. The staff is amazing and kind- Thorough and helpful. The prices are reasonable.
