    I had an extremely bad experience last Saturday (13 December). I was "welcomed" by a very arrogant woman who was extremely rude and not at all helpful. She was shocked that I wanted to print a poster for two days later, as if printing a poster should take a week. After a long and very uncomfortable discussion, I realised the problem was not me, but the fact that she didn't have any paper to print with (in a printing company office). Next time, take responsibility and don't blame customers for your lack of competence and poor resource planning. I went to another FedEx office one mile away and got my poster printed the next day!

    People who work here don’t know that they’re telling about and also mislead you and gaslight you into thinking you’re wrong. They made me run around the entire city just to be told no one does passport photos

    If AT&T tells you to return equipment to UPS or FedEx, don't bother going to this one. They look at you like your speaking a different language. Or their just to lazy to do their jobs.

    Walking to the store with only me and one female staff at the counter, she was looking at me and didn’t say hello or can I help or some simple conversation with the customer . I did everything myself at the store, playing with the photocopy machine while she was playing with her phone and earbuds, leaning on the counter. After I finished my business, I walked out the store and I guess she saw me. Well, fed ex was hiring a few new employees and most of them are not stay long enough for the job, I guess they don’t get well trained and manner of work.

    Ms. Laura at this location is absolutely top notch. Solved a very complicated issue for me. She bent over backwards to help me solve my issue. Great service!!!!
