    This isn’t a FedEx Kinkos. I don’t know what these guys are doing and neither do they. They like to talk a lot to each other about things they have going on, but helping you get your business done is none of their business. One computer doesn’t print, spent $10 to find that out. No paper in printers, they took 15 mins to figure that out. I emailed it to them and it another 10 mins before I walked out. 0.0 stars.

    Cost me $10 to receive a 2 pound package—just as much as the sender paid in postage! I didn’t know this ahead of time, but had no choice if I wanted my package. I would have used usps general delivery service if I had known this!

    Located on the second floor, to your right. Typical fedex print and shop center. Technology moves a bit slow which prolongs the time actually needed to get your affairs taken care of. However, the customer service was great. The guy who I assume is the manager was attentive, clear and helpful. Besides the long journey to the location, it served its purpose.

    It's true: this FedEx location charges a surcharge fee of at least $10 on shipping (even a prepaid item) because it is located inside a hotel. I give this location 4 stars because of the patience and good customer service of their clerk, Seth. Seth greeted me kindly and was very helpful even though I was frustrated with the surcharge and was impatient with him. It is not the fault of store employees that a surcharge is in place! If you're staying in the Hyatt, this location may be the most convenient for you. The service is great. Otherwise, head to another, non-hotel location. I recommend the FedEx on St. Charles Avenue at the corner of Julia Street. It is very close by.
