  Would have rated 0 if I could. I tried to drop off a package with a shipping label that I already paid for and printed and they tried to charge an extra $10 just for dropping it off at a location inside a hotel.

  My company hosted our annual conference at the Hilton in May. I shipped 8 boxes to the hotel. When I checked in, the FedEx was closed, but I needed some of the boxes for an early meeting the next morning before FedEx opened, so the security team at the Hilton was able to get the boxes for me. They couldn't find one of the boxes, which was fine because I didn't need that one right away. I signed the receipt showing I picked up one less box than I had shipped and went on my way. I went back to Fedex to get the last box from them and the gal working the front argued with me for about 20 minutes telling me I already had the box. She was looking in her computer and it said I picked it up (because there's no room for error there, right?). I asked her why I would be standing there arguing with her about while my conference was going on if I already had the box. Eventually, she realized it was the box she was referring to was one I had picked up when I was there in February. Did she go find my box? No. She went so far as to tell me I was lying and that I had the box. I almost flew through the roof. I have never in my life dealt with someone so unprofessional. I went back to the convention center to get the receipt to show her I was, in fact, missing one box. When I came back in, thankfully there was another gentlemen up front who actually took the time to go in the back and look for the box, which he found within a few minutes. He did say the box was hiding, which is fine. It happens, I get it. But the gal refused to even go look. I wish I knew her name. She should not have a job. I did tell the gentlemen, I was fine with the fact that it was hiding, I wasn't fine with her calling me a liar and never once getting up from her chair to actually look for the box. Hopefully someone there sees this and figures out who I'm talking about so they can train her that it's not OK to call your customer's a liar after you argued with them for 20 minutes about a box they picked up 3 months prior.
