  Very Unacceptable customer service at this location. My husband and I were not greeted upon entering, and the associate assisting us had a rude and dismissive attitude. We were overcharged, and when I politely asked for clarification on the pricing, I was told I could “go find a box somewhere else” instead of receiving an explanation. To avoid further escalation, I paid and left, but I did not appreciate the disrespectful treatment. Customer service like this is disappointing and not what I expect from The UPS Store. After reading the other reviews, I’m not surprised at my experience - seems very on brand for this location.

  My experience concerning customer support at the store has been terrible. It is so bad now that I hate going there. The two ladies are rude and the tall dark haired woman in downright vile. They never greet me with kindness. One time I mentioned that they could just say hi and ever since then they have done things to retaliate against me. Like walking away when it is my turn to the counter. Or making jokes at my expense then saying “How is that for customer service”.i can provide more examples if it helps. This is store number 62 in New Iberia Louisiana

  No one in line. 3 employee chit chatting. One finally offered to assist me. Sighed exasperated the whole time. Rudest UPS store I’ve ever been in.

  I went and yesterday to Do a return and the employee was behaving so badly it was so uncomfortable. She made every customer in the store uncomfortable and the other lady who has been there for a long time didn't even care that she was being rude and obnoxious with customers. She was treating us like we were a burden.
