After seeing their rating and reading the reviews I'll just go to the ups store in Lafayette where I normally go. Sounds like the workers there would rather not be disturbed.

I usually go to the one in Broussard but figured I’d come to this location since it was convenient today. I’ll definitely be sure to never come back to this location. My husband and I were not greeted upon entering, and the associate assisting us had a rude and dismissive attitude. We were overcharged, and when I politely asked for clarification on the pricing, I was told I could “go find a box somewhere else” instead of receiving an explanation. To avoid further escalation, I paid and left, but I did not appreciate the disrespectful treatment. Customer service like this is disappointing and not what I expect from The UPS Store. After reading the other reviews, I’m not surprised at my experience - seems very on brand for this location.

The two ladies are rude and the tall dark haired woman in downright vile. They never greet me with kindness. One time I mentioned that they could just say hi and ever since then they have done things to retaliate against me. Like walking away when it is my turn to the counter. Or making jokes at my expense then saying “How is that for customer service”.i can provide more examples if it helps. This is store number 62 in New Iberia Louisiana
