She made every customer in the store uncomfortable and the other lady who has been there for a long time didn't even care that she was being rude and obnoxious with customers. She was treating us like we were a burden.

Impatient. Condescending. Mean. In 2025 there are so many Customer Service training options available . They need to sit down and take them. All of them. I say it in person when it’s happening and now I’m saying it here.
