  I was wary of going there,based on the reviews,but I got lucky. The lady was very efficient,friendly and quick. I had an Amazon return. It took less than a minute,start to finish. Thank you,Kim!

  Does the phone number work ? For sure they aren't busy for 2 days and multiple multiple calls ?? Go to the post office it's across the street , cheaper and friendly..and they work there..

  Wow, I have something to ship with a ups qr code lable. I'm going to New Iberia tomorrow morning and thought about going to this ups store. After seeing their rating and reading the reviews I'll just go to the ups store in Lafayette where I normally go. Sounds like the workers there would rather not be disturbed.

  Has to be the worst customer service of any UPS I’ve been to. The two ladies working today seemed like they didn’t want to do their job, no greeting upon arrival. I usually go to the one in Broussard but figured I’d come to this location since it was convenient today. I’ll definitely be sure to never come back to this location. Hire better people UPS New Iberia

  Very Unacceptable customer service at this location. My husband and I were not greeted upon entering, and the associate assisting us had a rude and dismissive attitude. We were overcharged, and when I politely asked for clarification on the pricing, I was told I could “go find a box somewhere else” instead of receiving an explanation. To avoid further escalation, I paid and left, but I did not appreciate the disrespectful treatment. Customer service like this is disappointing and not what I expect from The UPS Store. After reading the other reviews, I’m not surprised at my experience - seems very on brand for this location.
