- TLTina LangenfeldDec 14, 20215.0I am in CO and haven’t been to this location personally, but there was a situation with my package that arrived at the post office, but couldn’t be delivered. Somebody else I know sent a package as well, with the same message on her tracking number. After an inquiry, a very nice lady from this location called her and explained what happened ( it was due to bad weather) and that the situation was resolved. Thank you sooo much for taking the time out of your busy day to inform us. You rock !!!
- DLDawn LeeDec 21, 20201.0It’s pretty sad that half of napoleonville don’t have mailbox’s. Then they send your package back the same day it gets there.knowing that address doesn’t have a mail box. Specially around Christmas. I talked to the worker a few days that week. She said she didn’t remember. And they had so many packages so they had to send them back. No all they had to do was look up the post office box linked to that address if you ask me. After Christmas I’m doing away with the post office in napoleonville
