Somebody else I know sent a package as well, with the same message on her tracking number. After an inquiry, a very nice lady from this location called her and explained what happened ( it was due to bad weather) and that the situation was resolved. Thank you sooo much for taking the time out of your busy day to inform us. You rock !!!
