I unloaded all these big boxes only to get to the door and it is locked. I’m not sure if this place is under new management but the customer service has been slacking the last couple of months.

- TZTerri ZimmermanAug 8, 20251.0Think twice before dropping off Amazon returns at this location and check to make sure you are given the correct drop-off package receipt for what you are dropping off for shipment. The store failed to scan my package, gave me a receipt from someone else's drop-off and when I went in to question why the package was not showing as shipped I was told the store is not responsible when an error is made by an employee and a package is missing. The owner told me it would be different if I had spent money in his store to ship the package, but since I didn't there was nothing he could do and he didn't know where my package was. He said for Amazon returns the store is just a drop off point and is not responsible if a package goes missing. Subpar customer service at the highest level.
