    The notary who works out that store has nothing to do with this story. As a fellow notary sorry of you receive any blowback from this post. I went to this ups store on November 15, 2025 to return my att air device. When I tried to return the device I was told the system was down and they were currently changing internet providers. As I was leaving the store I was told by (rusty) not 100% sure his name but It was an older guy in his mid 40s who said write my name, number, and account number on a paper and he will get it processed when the system comes up. I left the information and the box(silly me for trusting that guy who works at the store behind the counter to do his job). Fast forward 30 days later att informs me they still have yet to recieved the package and I will owe $200+tax for non return device. I call the store and as soon as I start explaining I left the package and information. The employee on the phones starts to inform me they don’t take packages that way. And never did and never will. I then explain everything in detail and she tried to throw a younger employee under the bus asking did I leave it with him( whoever you are, watch your coworker kid I think she has it out for you lol). After denying everything I said wasn’t true I described the guy who took the package and she said that sound like the owner and she placed him on the phone. He remembers it and apologized and said he will look for the box. During the last 2 weeks. I have been trying to call back to get an update and nobody has answered and I called a lot. I don’t live in monroe and work over the road so I cannot walk in the store to check. As of today I paid the ATT bill so I’m leaving the review. I would have been ok if they said we just cannot find it and that It was lost instead of basically ghosting me because i didn’t get a follow up call. I will still owe att either way without a receipt. If you use them be sure to get a receipt. Good luck to anyone who’s reading this.

    Brooks was extremely rude . I understand it’s right after Christmas and if you don’t want to be at work but why are you publicly expressing that to people who are just trying to get some items shipped off? He made a rude remark about customers coming in to his coworker then acted very obviously annoyed when he had to open the other register to help the guests when I had issues with my shipment . I was semi shocked cause it’s not like any customers were doing anything wrong nor do I have very much to say online about customer service workers online. Was just very surprised how blatantly disrespectful he was

    I am extremely upset and disturbed by the experience I had with the UPS Store located at 2252 Tower Drive, Suite 108 in Monroe, Louisiana. I dropped off a pair of boots to be shipped to my nephew. On the day of the drop-off, a young male employee working at the store showed an unusual level of interest in the boots, repeatedly commenting on them. Because this made me uncomfortable, I took a photo of the boots inside the store before leaving. I also purchased a shipping box directly from the store for shipment. The boots never arrived at my nephew’s address. Instead, he received a package containing two children’s sweaters that he did not order, packaged with my tracking number attached. This package did not match what I shipped and was not placed in the box I purchased. I immediately contacted Rusty in management to report the issue. Rusty informed me that he reviewed the store’s security footage and stated that he observed no wrongdoing. If this is the case, then where are my boots? If the cameras show no issues, the shipment should be traceable from the moment it was accepted by the store. Additionally, my nephew was instructed to keep the sweaters that were sent in error, which is extremely concerning. Those items could have been someone else’s Christmas gifts, and this response reflects a serious lack of accountability and concern for other customers. This situation raises significant concerns regarding package handling procedures, employee oversight, and internal controls at this location. There is no way of knowing how many other customers may have experienced similar issues.

    I have dropped off Comcast devices and other items before but this was the first time I can remember that the greetings were non-existent and the hold transaction had a cold and unfeeling personality behind the register. I found this ironic since the hiring sign had a smiling young person. I can understand no hello first walking in. I had a young male with the first two letters "Lo" look up at me as the next customer, no greeting. I walked up and gave my package. He did the entire transaction without looking in my face. I even helped hold the box steady because he just seemd too lazy to use two hands. Still, not a thank you. By this time, I was like was something wrong, did I have something on my face. He looked up to give me the receipt and did a fake smile and still didn't open his mouth. I got my receipt, begin walking away and stated that the entire time, he didn't open his mouth not even a Greeting or thanks. He commenced to say a half hearted I'm sorry. I left feeling the entire store had a feeling of not being welcomed. Least to say, I will avoid this store. There are other options.
