- ACAlexander CoppApr 1, 20261.0Horrible performance, zero culpability. I ordered a PO box 3/4/26 and had a credit card mailed the following day. It never arrived so I reordered it and another the 24th. Neither arrived so I went to cancel my pobox on the 4/1. They would only issue me 11 dollars from the 39 I spent for the pobox. Their only explanation was the mail never arrived. They could have just as easily stolen it so why was I forced to pay for a PO box when I never received a single piece of mail that was sent to it? They took my money, they can live with a bad review. Don't get a PO box, there's probably thieves there. If they're not taking your mail, they're definitely taking your money when you try to get a refund for your PO box when your mail never arrives. Nice teller, awful service, zero culpability

The ladies that work that front desk are by far the nicest, most polite, well spoken ladies I run into in the whole town of Minden! Without a doubt! I will drive an extra 20 minutes to go to that post office vs the one near my home. That should say it all! It is always clean, it is always as quick as it can be. You can’t really ask for anything more from this post office. A++ hands down.

Not thinking I wrote the tracking number on the package because I wouldn't be able to get it printed before work . I work 12 hour shifts without being able to leave during business hours. An employee offered to come pick up the shipping lalabel and take care of it for me.I have never known any business to go so far above and beyond for a customer . This lady was so kind and it meant more than you can imagine.
