The mail person is always complaining if we leave a note on the box and she has to come inside to pick it up. They want hold pay but they don't want to work for it. If things keep on like they now they might work themselves right out of a job.

Not thinking I wrote the tracking number on the package because I wouldn't be able to get it printed before work . I work 12 hour shifts without being able to leave during business hours. An employee offered to come pick up the shipping lalabel and take care of it for me.I have never known any business to go so far above and beyond for a customer . This lady was so kind and it meant more than you can imagine.
