She refused to mail my letter she refused to tell me her name and got mad when i called her by it and told me to go to another post office after making us wait for 10 minutes. If she was my employer would have fired her for treating a customer the way she treated two people today.

She informed me of some rules for shipping packages, and I politely shared I wasn’t aware because this hadn’t came up at different locations. (But will gladly learn how to make their lives easier especially during the holiday season) After she said she will talk with her supervisor to get in contact with these other offices. Just seemed like an unusual response to employees who are helpful and kind? Oh, and this was all over taping a label.
- MTM TDec 31, 20191.0On Dec 30 2019 at 1:18 pm I went to this (my local) postoffice. About 10 people were waiting as there was a handwritten sign that said LunchBreak and the PO was closed. NEVER has this happened. The current 2 female workers are incompetent and rude. Rarely can either help without the assistance of the other which may be why they need to take lunch together and for the 1st time EVER close the post office. This is a very frequented post office that needs qualified workers. Sadly this is convenient but I urge the postmaster to make a change.
