- RRR6 days ago1.0It’s always an issue when a package is shipped with usps in Louisiana. They constantly push delivery times until it doesn’t even come until the next day, if that. Today I was supposed to get a package that was literally just a tshirt. It was out for delivery & then suddenly it said available for pick up ?? I’m confused bc I do not need to sign for a tshirt, so why couldn’t they just leave it at the door like always ? Likely bc they just didn’t want to complete their route. I wish I could give them some grace & say it’s bc of the gov shut down but this has been going on for forever. Idk why have the job if you don’t want to do it. Like if you’re this miserable just quit your job instead of making everyone else suffer bc you hate your life.

- AMalexis mianoNov 21, 20165.0I had multiple packages sent back to the carrier listed as wrong adress , called the 1800 number for usps , the woman said it was missing an apartment number which didn't make sense because all packages were with acounts I've had with separate companies with the same adress for years. The woman told me that my package would be re-sent monday. To make sure i called the number listed on this page spoke with a man named Shannon he said he had the package and the adress was on it and that he would send it to the finance center for me to pick it up. I went to the finance center the woman didn't have the package so she called shanon he told her that he would have it sent to my apartment. I overheard a woman in line having the exact same issue so i casually interrupted only to find she was in the same complex as me . The package never arrived, it's safe to say something suspicious is happening at this establishment and no one has given me any "real " answers . You can bet that i will ask around and keep harrasing whoever i can get ahold of to figure out where all these "missing " packages are going. I tried filing a complaint online and it kept saying my email was incorrect even when i tried using the phone option. I called the park manor office their phone rings and doesn't pick up. This last part I'm adding as an update...i called shannon the next day he was apologetic and i appreciated that, and i did in fact have one of the packages finally sent out. This unfortunately still didn't answer the question of what was happening with my other packages or my neighbors so i called a woman who deals with all of usps in new Orleans she was very understanding and told me it was a systematic problem I'm still confused as to how my adress would have changed with in the past 3 years given that ,that was the reason she gave me too along with a possible system error.
