She made us reschedule and today was our only off day to get this done. She was very rude and would not even let us wait when no one else was there or had walked in with appointments. We should have gotten the 5 minute grace period and she didn’t even give us that. She was in the back and did not even see us until 11:08. That is not our problem that she did not see when we walked in. It was a shorter black younger lady. She needs to be fired. We now will be doing business someone else because of how rude she was and how she wasn’t even willing to help Didn’t get her name but should have
