  Love the rude sign in the window. You obviously are clueless to how Customer Service works. It pays to have a little patience to train your customers how to be better prepared the next time they come into your establishment. Also, It’s the holidays and you guys seriously need to get your hours straight. Your angry customers standing outside a closed store can tell time - CAN YOU??? If you don’t like dealing with the public and honoring correct operations hours, then perhaps maybe you need to go into a different line of work.

  I have never had a problem with this UPS. Everyone is quick, efficient and competent. What more do you need? I am sad that they are no longer open on Sundays. Close Mondays if its a staffing issue because with the holidays and returns, sunday is a terrible day to close. I've been coming to this location for years as it is so convenient and they used to be open Sundays, as proven in other customers pics for this store. Please, reconsider these hours. I also posted two new pics to have the hours corrected on Google if the owner still chooses to keep these hours.

  I had an Amazon return that I somehow was required to bring to this particular UPS Store. I was, and continue to be APPALLED AND BEFUDDLED as to the lack of awareness of simple tenets of customer service evidenced by the posted sign attached. How incredibly insulting to any customer entering this store. I happen to have been completely prepared so I do not know what they do if you, as a paying customer, would endure at the hands of the employees and Franchise owner of this store were you not fully prepared. Why would I want to enter an establishment and risk being chastised. Note that the colors of the text include red and green so this must be their version of Happy Holidays!

  I can only give a one star review because the hours are not current on Google. Google clearly says they’re open on Sundays. And they used to be open on Sundays. Apparently they’re not anymore. So this needs to be corrected. Came all the way over here for absolutely nothing. 🤦🏻‍♀️

  Had an Amazon return, googled the hours before coming after work, got to the store at 6:15, and door was already locked and closed. Hours posted online AND at door say closed at 6:30. I wouldn’t have come all the way to the other side of town had I known 6:30 closing actually meant 6:15.
