- LVLynn VDec 22, 20251.0I came in today, 12/22/2025, to return an Amazon package and was immediately stopped before reaching the counter. After I said it was an Amazon return, the associate took my package and began completing the return on the self-service kiosk himself without asking me if I wanted to use the kiosk. I understand that the store encourages use of the kiosk. However, I observed other customers completing their returns through the usual process, while my return was handled differently without explanation or choice. The way this was handled was intrusive and controlling, with no consideration for customer choice. This interaction was unnecessary and inappropriate.
