- JCJason CAug 16, 20251.0The only reason I’m leaving one star is because I cannot pick zero. I paid for an overnight priority package to be delivered. I was told it would be there by 10:30 am. Not only did it NOT get there by 10:30 on the day it was said to get there, it got there ONE DAY LATER. Trying to get someone on the phone is a joke. Had to yell at the robot on the phone before I finally got in touch with someone. When I did get someone on the phone, they gave me a case number, told them I wanted a refund and they told me they would contact me with an update. No one contacted me. I got an email saying, “We are happy to say your package was delivered.” They forgot to say, “We apologize for the delay and just wanted to let you know your package did arrive and we will be refunding your money since it was our mistake.” So, I called today and they told me that the case has been closed because the package was delivered. I explained I got that message, but no message about a refund. They proceed to tell me that I need to go to the store that shipped it, get their store ID, and then file a claim online. What? Is that how FedEx is scamming people into keeping their money? Making it difficult to file a claim when they ACKNOWLEDGE that it’s their mistake and the package was needing to get to its site the day I paid for - which may have caused serious issues that I cannot get into publicly. But, why is it MY responsibility to go through a bunch of hoops to get a refund when it’s CLEAR that it’s an error on FedEx? Moral to this review, don’t wait for a package to be needed the next day. Make sure you have the store ID, and if they offer you to have it there at a certain time, don’t believe them. Maybe try UPS, or USPS. Thoroughly disappointed and I’m waiting to see the damage this mishap has caused and will make the two hour trek to the store I dropped the package off at to TRY to get a refund.

I often times come in unsure of which steps to take and never have to worry about it here. I come in and they make sure my packages are ready to ship!
