It is now January 7, 2021 and I can not get any answers as to what is going on. I was told to call the post office. They are only open between noon and 4. They won't bother to answer the phone during the four hours that they are open. I have called five times between noon and four today alone and allowed to let the phone ring more than 20 times each time. Thanks for losing my $200 phone, I really enjoy trying to use a broken phone while my new phone just sits, collecting dust somewhere. Update. It is now 1/11/2022. I still have no answers. Not only has no one contacted me from this post office as I was promised by USPS, but the phone has been busy all day. Is this a legitimate business? What a joke.

It was supposed to be here on New Year's Eve but was "missent" to this post office instead of Maurice. Since January 31, my phone has just sat there. It hasn't moved AT ALL and it's now January fifth. I've not been able to receive any updates even after daily calls to the automated system. Now, I'm using a severely sub par phone for business and its turning itself off at night. I understand that mistakes happen but for exactly no activity in six days is unacceptable. This isn't a fifty cent pair of socks that was lost, it's a $200 phone.
