Rude, lazy, and generally difficult.
New post master (2025) is disrespectful and cannot control her emotions. Chewed out my wife for asking for our package to be re-delivered.
Once they said “we can’t deliver it because your carrier is a women and she can’t lift a 25lb package”
They lie about delivery attempts or the office is holding the package and not sending it out. Most of the time it’s not the carriers fault because I’ve see the carrier deliver mail without packages and I receive a notice via email that an attempt was made.
The post master is nice and there are a few people who are good but most lack any initiative and ownership.

The carrier that delivers to lobell/Joe Gayle rd lies about delivering packages, and was EXTREMELY rude when I called her to ask about my packages.

I must have just gotten a new mail carrier. All of the mail delivered down my road was put in the wrong mail boxes. Now, I have now idea who has hold of my mail, and when I try to call to let peopLe know about what happened, they hung up on me. Get your act together Postal Service

My mail person is pretty lazy. I have not received a package delivered to my door in two months, even though that's part of the cost of delivery. When we go to pick up the packages we are told that it is difficult for the person if nobody is home--even though we have repeatedly told them that my husband is home full time and if something is too difficult to deliver he can come and pick it up out of the mail van. We both work long days and cannot pick up from the post office at all during the hours the office is open.
