- JJJoshuaJul 30, 20251.0Rude, lazy, and generally difficult. New post master (2025) is disrespectful and cannot control her emotions. Chewed out my wife for asking for our package to be re-delivered. Once they said “we can’t deliver it because your carrier is a women and she can’t lift a 25lb package” They lie about delivery attempts or the office is holding the package and not sending it out. Most of the time it’s not the carriers fault because I’ve see the carrier deliver mail without packages and I receive a notice via email that an attempt was made. The post master is nice and there are a few people who are good but most lack any initiative and ownership.

It’s part of the job, you are getting paid to deliver packages, regardless if it fits in the mailbox or not. My package had supposedly changed carriers, , and they hadn’t even transferred it in a span of a week. Another instance, my Amazon package stated I had requested to pick up at a location(after it said my package was out for delivery), which I had not. I am paying for delivery, therefore I would like my packages to be delivered accordingly.

Makes false claims of being undeliverable We have had three orders in the two months falsely placed as "Undeliverable". One order being a medication order which was imperatives that it should have been delivered on time. Order A) Computer Desk - Stated it could not be delivered due to not being able to fit in mailbox. Postal worker refused to bring to the door. Order B) Medication- Stated as undeliverable. No one knocked. Husband works from home and is home all day. Order C) Gift from Relative- No one knocked. Husband works from home and is home all day.
