Whoever the delivery person is is lazy and refuses to deliver where UPS and FedEx and food delivery etc shows up without issue. Another local office has been contacted and supposed to be in contact with the Post Master to no avail. This is beyond ridiculous and I will be in contact personally to have this resolved.
