But I was waiting for 2 packages and I was told that the carrier was from somewhere else and because it was dark she may have missed my packages but the lady I spoke with said she had just called all carriers in 6pm and my stuff would be delivered tomorrow! I then ask how the dark was a problem if the truck had lights and she said it may be scattered all over the truck! I can’t even believe she would say this! I’m so unhappy and this location had the 7 Local news report On how bad they are cause of People not getting mail!!! Still the same thing! I’m filling a report!
- SASamantha Nicole ArreazolaOct 19, 20171.0I was having trouble opening a parcel locker at my mobile home complex so decided on calling the postal office located in Moss Bluff, LA at 9:12am this morning, asking if they could give me an estimate of when the mail man would be coming by so that he can help me open it (the key I was given was bent and therefore wouldn't turn). The lady whom answered the phone was very RUDE and not at all helpful. She said "Well we don't know what time he'll be going by so you'll just have to wait and look out for him". I've had a similar experience with not being able to get my mail through UPS, however ups at least made the effort in contacting the driver so that I could meet him somewhere to collect my mail. The way this lady answered me was just plain rude, as if she isn't going to help me because it's not her problem. She could have made the effort in contacting the mailman, but she didn't bother. Horrible customer service!
- EVExicco VirtusMay 13, 20171.0Rude people and horrible service. There's no point in paying for express shipping because if they don't feel like delivering it, they won't. Half of the time we get someone else's mail and they refuse to leave my packages when I'm not home despite specific instructions to do so. Horrible, horrible, horrible!!
