- SBS Book2 days ago1.0Make sure the address keyed in by UPS is correct. Even if you have a label largely printed with the correct address on it, it will be returned and you will have to pay shipping again. Not the customer service expected.

- KKKatelyn KurtzApr 9, 20261.0We are out of town visiting and was dropping off a package to ship to family we walked in wasn’t greeting walked up to the counter and calyn who was helping us rolled her eyes as us and huffed seemed she was annoyed that we had a package to ship at the ups store she was snarky with her comments regarding the transaction was quite rude honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had shipping a package wish I would have went somewhere else honestly sad
