- PLPhyllis LanclosDec 11, 20251.0I have the mail app showing me what I have in my PO Box. There is NEVER anything in my box when I check. The staff is there and I can see them through my Box when I open it to retrieve my mail. They are standing around talking and laughing while trays of mail are just sitting there. 2 days in a row the app showed mail in my box and NOT a thing in it. I am very displeased with this location.

But the would be rude front desk worker finally raised the partition at a leisurely 9:05. I needed a money order for $705.00 so I pulled out 8 crispy Franklins only to be rudely met with the chewing gum-smacking clerk with " I sho-lee hope u got sum'n less den one a dem fa change cuz I ain't got no change". I responded "well, nothing seems to be going right this morning over here". And she goes "yeah it is". And I go "that's funny, weren't you supposed to be open at 8:30?" She had nothing more to say. I gave her exact change, got my money order and decided to write a review. Wish I could give no stars.
