Said would take 2 weeks to have mail held. ok so did that, daughter haf a package delivered via Amazon... saod was there THURSDAY... was told come back Saturday. Went back Saturday, cant find said package got asked did i fill out the yellow card to have mail held.. yes i did. There is always ONE person up front with a long line, while multiple people in back yelling and hollering playing around. Come on.. yall messin with peoples mail... get it together. hire more people to work the front who knows how check the system right...

The local phone number rings but nobody will pick it up. For packages, they are pretty useless. Well, they're useless for most things. At this point, shut down USPS and let the private carriers handle it.
