They just don’t bother delivering your packages. I have a ring camera, no one came by, and they still left a slip for me to come get the package. LAZY. LAZY. LAZY.

Zero stars if I could. Mail is delivered to the neighbor almost every time, absolutely ridiculous and they leave my mailbox unlocked, open with packages inside!

Had a priority overnight package sent from Denver. Some things that were time sensitive, obviously. It was sent on Wednesday around 3 pm Denver time, which is an hour earlier than here in 70601. First of all, how is 2 days overnight? Because it was expected by 6 pm on Friday the 31st of October. They need to change the name if it's not actually overnight delivery. Anyway, we were in the lake Charles area several times this year. All of January, and all of May through end of September. We went to Denver for a month, and came back at the end of October. We had set up a UPS stsore mailbox to get mail while we're here. That was another inconvenience because they are only open until 6:30 pm and 3:30 on sat and we are day time sleepers. I think they close even earlier on Sunday. Anyway we have moved up to Shreveport but still have the mailbox here. There is one set up in Shreveport for my son, but I don't have access to it and he's out of town for another week at least. So we drove here to lake Charles from Shreveport because we needed that package. We literally made a trip from Shreveport just so we could get this package. I also cleaned out my storage unit while here but that was an afterthought, the main purpose was to get the package we need. We needed to pick up the package and be back to Shreveport to work later in the evening. Even if the package arrived by 6:30 pm, we still would have made it back on time for work. It's 3.5 hrs drive. Well we slept very little because we were at storage at 6 am packing that up. That's when they open. We're daytime sleepers. So we also have to pay for an extra night if we want to sleep during the day, otherwise we have to check out at 11 am. So we got up early and packed up the car with all our luggage and stuff we take to our room (got ice for the cooler and packed it with our cold stuff), and drove down to UPS store. We arrived around 6:15 pm. I had checked before leaving and was disappointed to see that it said I was still at Lafayette location, I figured if it was just not updated, it could be at the ups store. So we waited. 6:30 came and went. They said their USPS person had not arrived yet. I asked them which post office serviced that area and they didn't know, so I'm posting this review on each one in the area. This was a hUGE inconvenience for us. we had to go back to our room, which fortunately, we had the night still paid for, but also have to get up early when we're usually asleep, and then check out. Pack up our car again, and wait at UPS store for the package. It still shows as being in Lafayette for now. It's 10 am and we're getting ready to leave hotel. Plus we missed out on work last night where we could have been making money! What happened to USPS? So much inconvenience and time/gas/energy/money wasted! Used to be reliable but now it's awful everywhere! Photo is from Saturday Nov 1,11 am. "OVERNIGHT" package has not moved for almost 24 hours!

The managers needs to get fired. The lady that works in the front notified them several times for customer assistance and supervision in the front & they never once came up there to check on me as their customer. Their customer service is extremely horrible! They need to shut the whole USPS ON LAKE ST down! Again, the lady in the front did everything she could! The managers never cared to come check on their customers.
