It struggled reading my prints and they did everything possible to have it work. I even had to come back a different day for the machine and they remembered me. Very helpful and understanding.

When I tried to buy three single stamps, I was sent to a different line. I was told it would be $1.30something a stamp. When I asked the clerk when the price increased to that, she told me she 'doesn't know because she doesn't mail things.' It wasn't until after she rang me up that she mentioned they sell Forever stamps, which is what I actually needed. Very poor communication and lack of product knowledge.
