- MHMelinda Hooper2 days ago1.0Disorganized and lacking basic knowledge I visited this location to open a PO Box, but nobody on-site was able to help me and I was told I’d have to wait 15 minutes for someone else to arrive. When I tried to buy three single stamps, I was sent to a different line. I was told it would be $1.30something a stamp. When I asked the clerk when the price increased to that, she told me she 'doesn't know because she doesn't mail things.' It wasn't until after she rang me up that she mentioned they sell Forever stamps, which is what I actually needed. Very poor communication and lack of product knowledge.

I bought the mail box and never received any mail even my banks tried to send it 3-4 times and everytime i open my mailbox i get someone else mails which clearly i can see is for different mailbox but even after complaining couple of times it nothing changed. They keep putting my mails in someone else mail box and their mails in mine.

They clearly planned for the increased foot traffic for the holiday and brought in extra staff to help make the customer experience quick and easy.
