    Extremely rude young guy working at the counter. Medium brown messy hair, about 5’10, gold chain. When asked a simple question about holding a package while their system was down since it was prepaid, he rudely said “no I’m not doing that.” There was no explanation, apology, or sympathy for someone clearly under the weather who had the unfortunate luck of being asked to drop a package off for work for someone who isn’t even in town anymore. FedEx was paid to take possession of it and get it to its destination, but they don’t care to try and process it. When I asked for my items back he continued with his attitude and said, “oh you want it back now? You know I tried to take care of everything for you.” 1) you told me I had no choice but to take the package back. 2) you didn’t try at all. Find workers who aren’t lazy and rude, and hold people like this accountable since this location clearly has a history of these problems.

    Slim is best FedEx driver. He deserves a raise. He goes above and beyond. And he's very kind. He puts in more than 100% in every day. I'm happy receiving packages from someone I trust.

    Line gets a little long because both receptionists are helping I ne costumer but it has the majority if what you need and ship it if needed
