    Extremely rude young guy working at the counter. Medium brown messy hair, about 5’10, gold chain. When asked a simple question about holding a package while their system was down since it was prepaid, he rudely said “no I’m not doing that.” There was no explanation, apology, or sympathy for someone clearly under the weather who had the unfortunate luck of being asked to drop a package off for work for someone who isn’t even in town anymore. FedEx was paid to take possession of it and get it to its destination, but they don’t care to try and process it. When I asked for my items back he continued with his attitude and said, “oh you want it back now? You know I tried to take care of everything for you.” 1) you told me I had no choice but to take the package back. 2) you didn’t try at all. Find workers who aren’t lazy and rude, and hold people like this accountable since this location clearly has a history of these problems.

    My package was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday with a signature. I stayed home all day Wednesday no package. So the next day I stayed home all day which was Thursday again no package. So Friday the third day stayed home all day waiting for the package. Checked for updates throughout - kept saying delayed. Tried calling the Lake Charles office several times that was a joke. Received no answer every time I called. Decided to check the update again and they left an update stating that they tried to deliver the package 30 minutes ago and nobody was home. What a lie I have been sitting 2 feet from my front door all day long. How can you just lie like that when you can’t make a commitment? Dirty dirty business here

    Fed ex made a huge mistake on my father's obituary. Instead of apologizing, the worker blamed me, the customer, for the error. Don't frequent this business if you support sensitivity in times of sorrow. If that worker would like to apologize (you know who you are) feel free to contact me.
