    Very rude staff I waited on the line for easily 15min this morning And I did not show any sign of impatience. When it was my turn, I had 2 package to send and I needed two different receipt, the lady at the desk ( today june 21st, 10.30) was so rude, gasping with impatience because I asked her for two different receipt, making noise with her hands, showing her impatience and I even heard her apologise to the person after me, while nobody apologised to me for waiting 15 min in the line. My first experience sending a package in the united states, never again, if I have to pay the same price ups or fedex have a much better service.

    After getting "attempted delivery, but..." messages repeatedly for multiple packages, we had to have the manager of the post office come to our house to verify there was nothing obstructing delivery and that we didn't not have a dog. The manager found out that the delivery person was attempting to steal our packages. They still send the "attempted delivery, but..." messages especially on Sundays. Then I have to spend my time and gas to go to the office to speak to the same manager about getting my mail and packages. I don't know what can be done about the total incompetence and fraud rampant in the USPS. It's beyond frustrating. What a waste of tax payer money. I have ZERO confidence in our government run postal system.
