  Don’t bother coming in here, it’s difficult to get anyone in the back to actually come out and help you ship anything. The lady took around 20 minutes to come out from the back and refused to acknowledge customers who tried calling for her while she was back there. There’s absolutely no reason she couldn’t have communicated to the people waiting if she was tied up with something and that it would be a bit of a wait. Additionally, when she did come out to assist the customers, she refused to help me package my item in any way and laughed at me for not knowing where the proper sized box was at this location. This was one of the more extremely bitter encounters I’ve had with someone working a customer service position.
