USPS is now a black hole where you mail will disappear except for junk mail they will deliver the junk mail but not my package... Also, there is zero customer support. The 800 number wants you to type in all the tracking number instead of saying it out loud as you look at it while you're in speaker phone with USPS. This is what the others do not usps.....it's a total of what looks like 40 numbers. How does one type 40 numbers in to a key pad while in the phone and also look at the track number off of a website you purchased the item from? Picture that? Try remembering 40 so etching numbers and then typing them all in your keypad so the artificial loser computer can take it's time and tell you the numbers are wrong then hang up on you... Smh total fail.

I used to have the greatest respect for the USPS but like so many government entities it has been filled irresponsibility and has had accountability removed. They destroyed our package, lost the contents, refused to refund my postage and refused to look in “lost mail” for our property. Anyone else had a similar experience? I bet 😐
