  I ordinarily have good experiences with this store but Tuesday a young girl helped me that was very rude and impatient maybe she was having a bad day but i felt extremely rushed while I looked for my return labels even though there was no line. She never greeted me just held up her scanner as if to say "I don't have time for you hurry up". I paid for priority shipping and it said it would arrive Thursday however now it's saying it won't be there until the 17th! 5 days later and 32 bucks. What a waste

  I typically use the Ambassador location if I need an attachment printed but was near this location. They charged me $1.29 for 2 pages...9 cents a page and a dollar service fee that the other location has never charged me. What a rip off.

  The UPS store closes at 6:30 and not realizing that, i barely made it b4 the doors were locked. I was ecstatic I made it, only to be told it was a FedEx package and needed to go to FedEx to drop it off. The worker is the one who noticed, and even directed me to the nearest place I could drop it off for FedEx. Very nice and helpful.
