Started a claim. Pretty wild someone from the UPS store would open a box steal a phone and retape the box. In response. Yes I did inquire about the package, was told there would be three attempts. I didn’t dig deeper because I was under the impression there would be another attempt. So was just surprised when the next day the package had arrived at your store. Called to confirm and my husband picked up the next day. To my surprise there was no phone in the box. The box was clearly untaped then retaped at the bottom. I didn’t notice this in the beginning because I opened the box from the top.
