Went to the post office today to find out what’s going on. Will they have no clue. Said maybe I left it in my truck. Well I know for a fact I dropped it there. Why can’t you pull the cameras and you can see me walk in with the package. Then see me put it in the box and walk out without it! Seems like someone stole my package. Can you pull the cameras?

Employees are friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to ensure that mail is delivered and customer questions are answered. At the actual location, there is rarely more than a short wait in line, even during the holidays. I can't say enough good things about the Lacombe post office!

Denying any problem occurred and then displaying an argumentative demeanor over a rudimentary issue is not positive representation for the USPS. My interactions with ALL other employees at this location has been stellar! Great customer service even in the busy season has been my experience until now. I’ve spoken with a different manager before that handled problems with courtesy, promptness, and professionalism. I hope this fundamental customer service issue will be addressed moving forward.
