- NNNakimaDec 30, 20251.0Mailed a package here for eBay, the heavier gentleman checked me out. Now, if I hadn’t paid attention I would not be leaving this review but he did NOT give me all of my change back. He shorted me 20.00. Before I reached the heavily fingerprinted glass door exit/entrance I turned around and went right back to the counter. He stated he gave me the correct change, at that time Gene was still there…really miss his customer service, they had to count the drawer and magically the 20.00 he supposedly gave me showed over in his drawer and I was provided the rest of my change from my transaction. So PSA, count your change received if you aren’t using a card. Many times they have the sign up for cash only at this time with saying the card machine is down.

- EEEJOct 3, 20251.0The lobby needs a facelift. It is always dingy, the floors need to be cleaned, and the front doors are filthy. The clerks need to start wearing uniforms instead of regular street clothes, they should not be talking on their phones while waiting on customers, and they certainly should not be pressing the green smiley face button for the customer. In fact, having the readings buttons right there for the clerk to see will prevent any real honest rating what do you think we're going to do when they're standing there watching us? Especially when they are in control of the package we just handed them. Also, they need to honor the hours that are posted. I have walked in on a Saturday Define that they have closed 30 minutes before they're supposed to.
