- 9E9 ElevenDec 3, 20255.0The absolute BEST POSTAL SERVICE. Everyone one of the reps are always attentive and readily available to help. I would love to give special recognition to Bre. While I waited for over an hour to get the details straight on my account. I witnessed how she was attentive, sensitive, gentle and kind with each person and their packages. Answering questions while typing and arranging. She worked the from alone with a line. The lady she was servicing complemented her on her poise and urgency. Another older gentlemen overheard the conversation and added too, “she is always, always so kind” and I couldn’t help to agree. In a word that has become so desensitized and lack of empathy and emotion it’s a treat to encounter a human being that goes above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. Bre, definitely a rare gem. And A GOLD STAR STANDARD ! I am grateful to have been in the essence and witness what we need more of. To hear from others that we’re doing a great job, and just simply happy to help. Thank you :)
- JWJane WNov 29, 20255.0I think the USPS is the best delivery service in the US at this time! Fedex, UPS and whichever company has a lot to make up for. Fedex doesn’t even know where my apartment complex is even if it’s over 20 years old. The post office might have seasonal worker problems, but the daily letter carrier is a dedicated service worker that cares what happens to your letters and packages. I’ll always ship by USPS and WISH that companies I buy from would too.
