- NGNatalie GremillionFeb 13, 20201.0Absolutely rude. I went this morning at 7:30 am to ask for a package that arrived yesterday. The lady at the front desk was not helpful at all! She said there was absolutely no way they had started going through their packages. I just checked my tracker and it was scanned at 7:10 am out for delivery. So had she went in the back and checked it was there and gone through. What bothered me is that she didn’t even make any effort to go and look and just assumed there was no way.
