- JJJennySep 30, 20251.0trash customer service. They hold packages for a week+ with no updates on tracking. If you want to lose money and your package, go ahead and use this location.
- GMG manSep 28, 20251.0Anytime one of our packages go through Jackson USPS, there is an issue. Every. Single. Time. Package has been sitting at their location for 10+ days due to their mistake. Still paid for shipping and they don't like giving refunds. Lost track of a package with $80 worth of stuff. No wonder their review ratings are so low.

She said there was absolutely no way they had started going through their packages. I just checked my tracker and it was scanned at 7:10 am out for delivery. So had she went in the back and checked it was there and gone through. What bothered me is that she didn’t even make any effort to go and look and just assumed there was no way.
